Tile & Mosaic Delivery
In stock items are shipped from our UK warehouses and delivered within a week or in 1-3 working days on express delivery service. You can choose express service by clicking on the delivery option in the checkout. Please note, main orders are delivered on a pallet/s via 3rd party curbside pallet delivery companies.We will notify you a day before your delivery (8AM-5PM delivery) however if you are not at the property at the time of delivery, re-delivery charges may apply. Pallet orders can be left in a safe location only if we are notified in advance that pallet can be left safe in a specific location. You can tell us about the safe spot in the note section of the order in the checkout. Please note that pallet delivery drivers are not allowed to open sealed goods/pallets and will not be able to carry good into your property.
Nationwide Slab Delivery
All our slabs are shipped and delivered nationwide. Slab delivery typically takes 4-7 working days, however if you require urgent delivery or have special unloading requirements please contact us in advance.
Slabs are delivered on an a vehicle equipped with an A frame and requires forklift (with a boom) or a crane with slab clamp attached, to unload safely. Please contact us if your slab yard requires special assistance.
International Deliveries
We ship worldwide! Please note if you require shipping abroad you will need to contact us with your order as it would be subject to custom shipping quotation from our international curriers. International orders are taken via Invoice and are not subject to VAT already included in the website prices.
Tile & Mosaic Samples
All cut samples are shipped with next day DPD delivery service and delivered within 1-3 working days (UK mainland). Sample size is approximately 10x10cm (depending on the shape).
Slab Samples
Unfortunately due to the nature of slabs, we do not provide cut samples, we recommend visiting slab showroom to make a slab selection. If you are unable to make the trip, our team can assist with photos, videos and a virtual tour. Please contact us for more information. enquiries@starelstones.co.uk
International Sample Deliveries

Pre Order Shipping
Pre-order items are shipped directly from factory stock. The lead time for pre-orders ranges from 6 to 12 weeks, depending on the item(s) and order size. Please note that the shipping fee charged at checkout covers domestic shipping only; please allow for your pre order lead time plus the timeline quoted for your domestic shipping.
Pre-orders may be delayed or cancelled due to raw material shortages. We strongly recommend that you do not schedule tradespeople until your goods have arrived and been fully inspected.
Please note: no updates on pre-orders will be provided until the fifth week after the order is placed.
