Natural stone becomes meaningful when it is cut, finished and detailed with care.
Our production capability allows Starel Stones to support both stocked collections and bespoke project requirements, from marble tiles and mosaics to XL slab tiles, vanity tops, splashbacks, bath surrounds, architraves and other stone interior elements.
Our factory is equipped for specialist stone production, including slab cutting, tile production and detailed mosaic work. This gives us the flexibility to create standard stocked products as well as custom pieces for more specific design briefs.
We work with marble, travertine, limestone, onyx and selected engineered surfaces, depending on the product and project requirement.
Starel is known for marble tiles and mosaics, including classic shapes, detailed patterns, typographic entrance mosaics and bespoke formats.
For custom tile production, we can review project drawings, dimensions, quantities and material preferences before advising on suitability, production method and lead time.
Stone changes character through finish. Depending on the material and product, finishes may include polished, honed, tumbled, brushed, line-textured, split-face or antique surfaces.
Because stone is natural, variation in tone, veining, movement and surface character should be expected. This is part of the material’s appeal and one of the reasons we recommend ordering samples or viewing slabs in person where possible.
