For bespoke or large-volume orders, we recommend contacting the team early so stock, production and logistics can be planned properly.

What to know about trade accounts

Starel Trade is open to professionals who specify, source, purchase, fabricate, install or manage stone-led projects. This includes interior designers, architects, developers, fabricators, installers, tilers, bathroom and kitchen studios, contractors, property professionals and commercial project teams.

The programme is designed for businesses and professionals who regularly work with natural stone, marble tiles, mosaics, slabs, vanity units, bespoke stone products or finishing materials. Whether you are sourcing products for a single client project or managing repeat orders across multiple sites, Starel Trade gives you a clearer route into our product range, project support and professional pricing.

Applications are reviewed by the Starel team. To help us assess your application quickly, include your company name, business type, website or social profile, project type, location and estimated order volume.

Yes. Approved trade customers may receive access to trade-exclusive pricing, selected product offers, early product updates and quantity guidance for larger orders. Trade pricing may apply across suitable product categories, including marble tiles, mosaics, slabs, vanity units, bespoke stone products and selected finishing items.

Exact pricing and terms depend on the product, order size, stock position, project type and account approval. Larger orders, full-bundle slab purchases, repeat trade orders and multi-room projects may be reviewed separately so the team can advise on availability, delivery, batch consistency and any applicable volume pricing.

Trade access does not automatically guarantee fixed discounts across every product or service. Some bespoke, fabricated, pre-order or specialist products may require a tailored quote. Once your trade application is approved, the Starel team will confirm how pricing is handled and how to request support for upcoming projects.

Yes. Starel can support trade customers with slab selection, material guidance and quote-based fabrication where suitable. This may include marble, quartz, travertine and onyx slabs for kitchen tops, islands, vanity tops, splashbacks, bath surrounds, wall panels and other bespoke stone elements. Trade customers can also arrange delivery directly to a nominated fabricator, installer or project site, provided access and receiving details are confirmed before dispatch.
Yes. Samples are recommended for tile, mosaic and smaller stone product selections, especially where colour tone, finish and material character need to be approved by a client. Natural stone varies by batch, so samples should be used as a guide rather than an exact match to future stock. For slabs, cut samples may not always be available, so we recommend viewing the exact slab in person or requesting full-slab photos and videos where possible.

Yes. Starel can support larger and repeat trade orders across tiles, mosaics, slabs, vanity units, bespoke stone products and finishing items. For volume orders, full-bundle slab supply, development projects or multi-room schemes, we recommend contacting the team early so stock, batch consistency, production timing and delivery requirements can be reviewed before the project reaches site.

Yes. Starel works with professionals across residential, hospitality, retail and commercial projects. The team can help with material suitability, finish selection, sample guidance, slab viewing, vanity pairings, trims, fixing products and bespoke stone elements. Final technical suitability should always be confirmed by the installer, fabricator or project professional responsible for the site, but Starel can help narrow the product route and support a clearer specification.
Once the trade application form has been submitted, the Starel team will review the details and confirm whether the account is suitable for trade access. Approval time may vary depending on the information provided and the type of business applying. To avoid delays, include your company name, business type, website or social link, project type, estimated order volume and any immediate requirements in the application form.
